How our trial period and refund policy work
110-Day Free Trial
Every new user gets a 10-day free trial giving full access to YAPlayer's features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time during this period without any charge.
2After the Trial
If you wish to continue using YAPlayer after the 10 days, you must purchase our single annual license for €7, valid for 12 months. No automatic charge occurs at the end of the trial or upon license expiry: each purchase is a voluntary action on your part.
3Refund Policy
The 10-day free trial is our risk-free testing period: it lets you evaluate the service before any financial commitment. As a result, once the annual license has been purchased, no refund is issued, except in cases of a proven billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount) or a technical malfunction attributable to YAPlayer that our support could not resolve.
